button to confirm”. Take care when setting the hour to set it correctly for AM or PM.
Press S4 (8 o'clock) to confirm after you have set the time.
After confirmation, wait until the hands stop running and resume to normal.
Troubleshooting
Your watch is a very delicate and precise instrument. Although uncommon, sometimes
hard knocks or vibrations can cause the hands to move irregularly, and therefore display
the incorrect time, although the internal clock is keeping accurate time. You may notice
this if when doing a “manual signal reception” and the second-hand does not pause
exactly at the reference point as listed in the “manual signal reception” section (a half
second deviation is acceptable), then the second-hand needs to be re-calibrated.
To re-calibrate the second hand
Make sure the watch is running normally.
Press S4 (8 o'clock) repeatedly until the watch speaks Second hand alignment, press 10
o’clock button to set”.
Press S3 (10 o’clock) button to begin alignment process. Press and hold S1 (2 o’clock)
button for 10 seconds, then press and hold S2 (4 o’clock) button for approximately 10
seconds, then press and S1 (2 o’clock) button until the second hand begins to spin
rapidly.
For calibration all the hands must be in the 12 o’clock position. Just before all the hands
reach 12 o’clock press the S1 (2 o’clock) button to stop the fast movement of the second
hand. Adjust the second hand slowly to the 12 o’clock position by pressing S2 (4
o’clock).
Do not hold the S1 (2 o’clock) button down or the hands will spin past 12 o’clock
and you will have to repeat the process.
