3. CTCSS DEVIATION
This parameter is to align the Deviation of CTCSS Tone. The “Max Deviation” must be done before this alignment is started.
1. Press the “START” button to start the alignment.
2. Move the slide bar, as needed as, so that the frequency
counter displays “0.7 kHz ±0.1 kHz”.
3. Press the “OK” button after getting the desired value to
save the re-aligned value, the alignment of the CTCSS
Deviation is accomplished.
4. DCS DEVIATION
This parameter is to align the Deviation of DCS Tone. The “Max Deviation” must be done before this alignment is started.
1. Press the “START” button to start the alignment.
2. Move the slide bar, as needed as, so that the frequency
counter displays “0.6 kHz ±0.1 kHz”.
3. Press the “OK” button after getting the desired value to
save the re-aligned value, the alignment of the DCS Devia-
tion is accomplished.
