      If your Vertiv UPS has reduced battery backup time, ensure it's plugged in continuously for at least 24 hours to recharge the batteries. Also, check the load level indicator and reduce the load if the UPS is overloaded. If the batteries are old, consider replacing them. Contact your Vertiv representative or Vertiv Technical Support for a replacement battery kit.
