DESCRIPTION OF THE STEPS

Detailed explanation of the parameters and steps within the setup environment.

CALIBRATION PROCEDURES

Calibration for Independent Channels and TRANSM Mode

Steps to calibrate 1 to 4 independent scales or in TRANSM mode.

Calibration for Dependent Channels Mode

Steps to calibrate 2-4 load cells and equalize them directly from the indicator.

Zone of Use vs Calibration Zone

Procedure to adjust for gravity differences between calibration and use zones.

QUICK CALIBRATION OF ZERO

Useful for calibrating just the ZERO point when a permanent TARE weight is added.

THEORETICAL CALIBRATION

Procedure to use when a sample weight is not available for real calibration.

GRAVITY ACCELERATION AND WEIGHING ERROR CORRECTION

Gravity Acceleration Value Indication

Compulsory indication of gravitational acceleration for legal type instruments.

Weighing Error Correction

Compensates for differences in gravitational attraction between calibration and use zones.

SERIAL OUTPUTS

RS485 / COM1 Serial Port

Bi-directional port for connecting computers, PLCs, and remote displays.

RS232 / COM2 Serial Port

Bi-directional port used to connect printers, computers, and PLCs.

PROFIBUS PORT

Bidirectional port mainly used for PLC connections.

SERIAL PORT TRANSMISSION MODES

Configures serial port data transmission methods.

SERIAL COMMUNICATION ERRORS

Indicates responses to serial commands and potential error conditions.

TRANSMISSION PROTOCOLS

Defines data transmission formats: STANDARD, EXTENDED, MULTISCALE STRING.

ANALOGUE OUTPUT CONFIGURATION

Analogue Output Channel Selection

Selects the channel to be configured for analogue output.
