WARNING
Even if the fuel tank is empty, residual fuel vapours could ignite.
a) Store in a well ventilated place when not in use. Select a location away from sources of heat,
open ames, sparks or pilot lights, such as water heaters, space heaters, furnaces, clothes
dryers or other gass appliances.
a) For storage over 30 days, in addition to the above:
i. Drain all fuel from the fuel tank and sediment cup.
ii. Remove the spark plug and squirt 5 ml of engine oil into the engine's cylinder.
iii. With the ignition switch in the OFF position and pull the starter handle 2-3 times.
iv. Replace the spark plug.
v. Note: When restarting, the engine will smoke until excess engine oil is burnt
Disposal
Dispose of the pressure washer according to the regulations and requirements of your local council.
If the pressure washer is disposed in landlls or dumps, hazardous substances may leak into the
ground water and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
The engine contains oil and fuel which are not environmentally friendly. Before disposal of the pressure
washer, any residual engine oil and fuel should be decanted into suitable sealed cosntainers and
recycle / disposed separately.
