Fit the safety assembly at the back of the DHW cylin-
der at the top to the solar heating water return.
Note
Ensure the locking ring is positioned correctly.
Note
Counterhold the connection pipe on the DHW cylinder
when tightening the union nut.
Thermometer sensors

Note
Never wrap insulating tape around sensors.
1. Insert the thermometer sensor for the upper ther-
mometer as far as it will go into the clamping
bracket on the flange cover.
Note
Never store excess lengths of lead in the Solar-
Set; store them underneath the DHW cylinder lid.
2. Secure the thermometer sensor for the lower ther-
mometer on the outside of the contact spring of the
sensor retainer (not in the groove) so that it is flush
with the front of the spring.
3. Fasten the lead.
4. Insert the sensor retainer together with the sensor
as far as they will go into the sensor well.
