EE Assembly and Alignment Concern:
1. Color Wheel Delay Alignment
1.1 Set Up:
Equipment:
- Battery Biased Silicon PIN Detector(Photo Sensor)
- Oscilloscope (Vertical scale set to 10mV)
Test pattern:
- Pure blue (Gray 255)
1.2 Adjustment:
1) CW Delay Adjustment by “Factory-OSD/CW-Delay”
2) No matter the waveform is square or not, let the Waveform Left side was lagged first
(Ref to Fig.1).
3) Adjust until waveform to be “Square” (Refer to Fig.2, no protrusion or depression)

1.3 Judgment:
1). Double check Pure R (Gray 255), Pure G (Gray 255), and make sure waveform to be
square.
2). If not, re-adjust CW delay (follow item 1.2).
