Troubleshooting
No Water E:02
Incoming water to the machine is monitored via a water counter (ow meter) system. Water counter generates electronic pulses. During
the “Water Inlet” step (for any program including functional test) if no pulses could be sensed by the electronics, No Water condition
occurs. At this condition the dishwasher will wait until the water signal is detected. If the necessary water signal is
detected the machine will continue its normal operation.
Possible reasons:
Malfunction of water inlet valve
No water
Insufcient water pressure
Cable harness errors
Faulty electronics
Heater Fault E:03
The water temperature in the machine is measured by an NTC (negative temperature coefcient). NTC is simply a resistance value
dependent on temperature. At the Heating step, if the temperature rise is less than 34°F within 3 minutes a fault occurs. When the fault
is detected, software skips the heating step and continues the program with the next step.
Possible reasons:
Malfunction of heater
Malfunction of NTC (constant NTC resistance)
Cable harness errors
Faulty electronics
Note: During the rst 3 minutes of a heating step, the water temperature is not controlled. The control system waits so that the tem-
perature inside the machine reaches balance.
