Troubleshooting
Water Counter Fault E:15
At washing cycle water inlet step, if water counter does not increase but the pressure switch closes, the main board software encoun-
ters E:15 fault.
Possible reasons:
• Cable between main board and water counter may be broken
• Cable sockets may not be properly installed.
• Faulty water counter
• Faulty pressure switch
• Faulty electronics
Drain Pump Blocked Fault E:16
At drain cycle steps, the pressure switch position is controlled by the main board with 5 seconds left to nish step. If pressure switch still
stays closed, an E:16 fault is encountered.
Possible reasons:
• Faulty drain pump.
• Faulty pressure switch
• Faulty electronics
