Troubleshooting
NTC fault E:06
At the Heating step, if NTC resistance is measured beyond the specied resistance values or if the NTC resistance is measured as
open/short circuit, NTC fault occurs. When the fault is detected software skips the heating step and continues the program with
the next step.
Possible reasons:
Malfunction of NTC
Cable harness errors
Faulty electronics
Water Inlet Valve Fault E:07
The machine electronics monitors water counter pulses at every step of the washing program. If pulses are received from the counter at
any step other than Water-Inlet, a Water Inlet Error occurs.
When the fault is detected, software drives the drain pump for 1 minute then checks the counter signal again. If the signal exists, that
means the faulty condition still exists. The drain pump is activated with 1 minute intervals (1 min ON, 1 min. OFF).
Possible reasons:
Malfunction of water inlet valve (stuck open or weeping)
Low water pressure
Faulty electronics
