Why is my Vileda Vacuum Cleaner losing suction power?

  Your Vileda Vacuum Cleaner might be losing suction power due to several reasons. The dirt water tank may not be inserted properly; turn the power OFF, remove the tank, reposition it correctly, and ensure it clicks into place. Alternatively, the dirt water tank could be full and needs emptying. Another cause might be an improperly attached nozzle cover; turn the appliance OFF and unplug it, then re-position the nozzle cover until it clicks firmly. A clogged vacuum channel in the nozzle or a dirty air filter could also be the culprit; in these cases, turn OFF and unplug the appliance, then either rinse the nozzle cover or clean the filter, replacing it if necessary with a new Vileda 2in1 filter.

Also, make sure you are using the correct amount of water (150 ml) in the water chamber of the easy clean storage tray.   If the microfiber roller on your Vileda Vacuum Cleaner isn't turning and the LED light in the nozzle is blinking fast, it's likely due to a blockage. Turn the power OFF and unplug the unit, then remove the nozzle cover and microfiber roller to clear any hairs, dirt, or larger particles. Also, ensure that the nozzle cover and the microfiber roller are properly in place after cleaning; detach the nozzle cover and re-position it, and remove and reposition the roller following the instructions for 'Cleaning the nozzle'.

Why is my Vileda JetClean dripping from the air exhaust?

  If your Vileda Vacuum Cleaner is dripping from the air exhaust during or after use, it could be due to the product falling on the floor when OFF, or too much water in the dirt water tank due to a jammed floater. To resolve this, turn the power OFF, follow the instructions for 'Empty and clean dirt water tank', then turn the power ON and run it in its storage tray, allowing the airflow to dry the air channels. Note that the product remains safe even if water is dripping from the air exhaust.

Why does my Vileda JetClean leave water puddles on the floor?

  Your Vileda Vacuum Cleaner might leave water puddles on the floor if the floor is very uneven with deep tile joints. Try changing the cleaning direction and going over the puddles in a backwards direction with the water spray off. Another possible cause is a damaged nozzle cover with an eroded rubber element; in this case, replace the nozzle cover with a new one.

How to fix reduced or no spray on Vileda Vacuum Cleaner?

  If your Vileda Vacuum Cleaner has reduced or no spray, several factors could be responsible. First, the clean water tank might be empty; turn the unit OFF and unplug it, then refill the tank with cold water. The system may not be wet enough; activate wet mopping by pressing the clean water spray switch on the handle grip until the LED lights turn on, and move the appliance back and forth to wet the microfiber roller. Check that the roller nozzle cover is correctly latched in place; if not, turn OFF and unplug the unit and firmly click the nozzle cover into place. Activate water flow by pressing the clean water spray switch on the handle grip.
