8. Licenses & Upgrades
8.1. Licensing
You can purchase additional licenses to add features to your unit. Purchase
licenses from your local representative or from our online shop:
https://www.vislink.shop.
NOTE: Before ordering the license(s) you will need to provide the required
Electronic Serial Numbers (ESN) and hardware serial numbers as
requested on the webpage.
Hardware serial numbers are located on the unit chassis.
Firmware can be found using the support menus, see Section 7.1.9.
8.2. Upgrades
To upgrade unit firmware, refer to the latest firmware release note.
Firmware update information is available from the Vislink FTP site, via the Vislink
website: https://www.vislink.com
