Problem Fault
Symptoms:
Tests begin automatically.
Volume accumulates automatically
without the subject blowing.
Very small VC or FVC test displayed.
Possible Cause/
Solution: (In
probable order)
Device(orifusingremoteowhead,the
owhead)isnotstationaryatthestart
of test. Hold it steady until the ‘Ready to
Blow’ prompt appears.
Return to previous menu and re-enter
the test.
Problem Fault
Symptoms:
Cannot read screen.
Possible Cause/
Solution: (In
probable order)
Ensure the on/off button was pressed.
The batteries may be low, plug in USB
cable attached to a computer or replace
the batteries.
Electronics failure. Contact support.

Reversed or no volume measurements.

seated on device (if using the remote
