  If your Vivitek Projector has no light, check the power cable to ensure it's securely connected. Verify the power source by testing it with another electrical device. Restart the projector and ensure the Power LED is green. If you recently replaced the lamp, try resetting the lamp connections. If the issue persists, consider replacing the lamp module or putting the old lamp back in and having the projector serviced.

  If your Vivitek Projector isn't responding to the remote control, try these steps: make sure you are pointing the remote control directly at the remote sensor on the projector and that nothing is blocking the path between the remote and the sensor. Also, try turning off any fluorescent lights or other Infrared-enabled devices in the room that might be interfering. Check the battery polarity and replace the batteries. If none of these steps work, have the remote control serviced.
