The unit is bps.
streamcodec <Positive
Integer>
7,7,7 0/99 Represent supported codec types of each
stream.
This contains a list of positive integers, split
by comma. Each one stands for a stream,
and the definition is as following:
Bit 0: Support MPEG4.
Bit 1: Support MJPEG
Bit 2: Support H.264
