      If your Vizio Speakers have no sound, first, increase the volume using the Volume + button on the remote or the top of the Sound Bar. Also, check if the mute function is enabled on the remote or the source device. Finally, try cycling through the inputs using the INPUT button on the remote or the top of the HD Sound Bar.

      If your Vizio Speakers have no power, ensure the AC power cord is securely connected to both the AC socket and the AC/DC Adapter. Check that the power LED on the adapter is green. Test the outlet with another device. Finally, press the Power button on the remote or the top of the HD Sound Bar.

      If there is no sound on Optical In on your Vizio Speakers, the source device may be set to AC3 (Dolby Digital) output. Change the device output to PCM.
