installed in a high temperature environment.

cable are damaged or wet.
⚫ Recover after pulling out the adapter.

⚫ Check whether the charging adapter and its
cables are damaged or wet.

Fault code 19:
Output overcurrent
⚫ Check whether the charging connector is
correctly connected.
⚫ Check whether the OBC is normal.
⚫ Check the set of output current.
⚫ LED flash:

EV response

⚫ Battery of EV is full. Or the charging connector is
not properly connected.
⚫ Disconnect and reconnect the charging
connector.

EV not supported
⚫ This EV does not meet the IEC standards and
cannot be charged.

Relay sticking
⚫ The device is damaged and needs to be returned
