Speed Calibration
Speed Calibration function are accessed via the CO
NFIGSETTINGSCALIBRATION menu described
below.
Note! The port engine or both engines have to have
ignition on when settings are made or when resetting
data.
Calibration
The calibration factor for the boat’s paddle wheel
speed sensor can be adjusted + or – 0.01 units (+ or
– 1%) and is used by the EVC to apply a correction to
the output from the speed sensor.
Calibrate while driving the boat. Compare displayed
speed with speed data from GPS (or other boat) and
adjust the calibration factor until they correnspond.
Once adjustment value is reached, the data is stored
by pressing “BACK” key.
