Use a rubber hammer to ensure
that the above gears are all
completed fitted in their seats.
Place a ground rod on the
machined surface of head and
cylinder to check the gap with
respect to the gears (Fig. 62-63).
5. Fit the special jig so as to lock the
camshaft (Fig. 64).
6. Fit a comparator in the plug hole
and move the piston to T.D.C.
7. Carefully clean the crankshaft
nose.
8. Fit the gear on the crankshaft using
a rubber hammer for an easier
insertion.
9. Insert the toothed tool to avoid the
engine rotation. Apply Loctite 243 on
thread and fit and tighten the nut
(Fig. 65).
10. Fit the centering bushings, clean
mating surfaces, apply some loctite
5699 in between and fix the timing
case.

Mit einem Gummihammer prüfen,
dass alle betreffenden Getriebe am
Anschlag sind. Einen geraden Stab
auf die bearbeitete Oberfläche von
Kopf und Zylinder aufsetzen und
die Öffnung im Verhältnis zu den
Zahnrädern prüfen (Abb. 62-63).
5. Die Kühlerverkleidung so
montieren, dass die Nockenwelle
blockiert ist (Abb. 64).
6. Einen Komparator in die Bohrung
der Kerze einsetzen und den Kolben
auf den OTP bringen.
7. Den Konus der Antriebswelle
sorgfältig säubern.
8. Das Getriebe auf die Antriebswelle
montieren. Ein Gummihammer
erleichtert das Einsetzen.
9. Die gezahnte Vorrichtung
einsetzen, um die Motordrehung zu
vermeiden. Loctite 243 auf das
Gewinde der Mutter auftragen, dann
diese einbauen und anziehen (Abb.
65).
10. Die Zentrierbuchsen einbauen, die
Auflageflächen säubern, Loctite 5699
auftragen und das Gehäuse
befestigen.

A l’aide d’un marteau en
caoutchouc, s’assurer que tous les
engrenages en question soient
enchâssés. En posant une tige
rectifiée sur la surface usinée de la
culasse et du cylindre, vérifier la
portée par rapport aux engrenages
(Fig. 62-63).
5. Monter le gabarit spécialement
prévu pour maintenir l’arbre à cames
(Fig. 64).
6. Monter un comparateur dans le
trou de la bougie et amener le piston
au P.M.H.
7. Nettoyer soigneusement le cône du
vilebrequin.
8. Monter l’engrenage sur le
vilebrequin, en utilisant un marteau en
caoutchouc pour faciliter sa mise en
place.
9. Engager l’outil cranté pour
empêcher la rotation du moteur.
Monter et serrer l’écrou, après avoir
appliqué du Loctite 243 sur le filet
(Fig.65).
10. Monter les douilles de centrage,
nettoyer les surfaces d’appui,
interposer du Loctite 5699 et fixer le
carter de distribution.
