Montage der Kupplung
1. Auf der Hauptwelle die
Unterlegscheibe "1" (Richtung wie in
der Abbildung dargestellt) und das
Distanzstück "2" einsetzen.
2. Nadelkäfig "3" in seinen Sitz legen:
vor Montage den Käfig ölen.
3. Gehäuse "4" in die Richtung
(Abb.53) einsetzen (Verzahnung im
Innern).
4. Nacheinander die Unterlegscheibe
"5", die Kupplungstrommel "6", die
Scheibe "7" und die Mutter "8"
einbauen.
Kupplung installation
1. Fit washer “1” and spacer “2” on
the primary shaft (in the direction
shown in the figure).
2. To install in seat the bearing at
rollers " 3" then to lubricate with oil
before of assembly.
3. To install the clutch housing " 4" in
to direction indicated in fig. 53(the
gear teeth on the inside).
4. Fit washer “5”, clutch drum “6”,
washer “7” and nut “8” in sequence.
Montage embrayage
1. Engager la rondelle "1" (dans le
sens illustré dans la figure) et
l’entretoise "2" sur l’arbre primaire.
2. Placer la cage à rouleaux "3" dans
son siége: avant le montage lubrifier
la cage avec huile.
3. Monter la cage d'embrayage "4":
voir fig.53 (denture dans l'intérieur).
4. Mettre en place dans l’ordre la
rondelle "5", le tambour d’embrayage
"6", la rondelle "7" et l’écrou "8".
