10.3 Maintenance Intervals
NOTE!
The intervals specified in the maintenance table are values recommended for normal operating
conditions.
In the event of rough operation conditions, multi-shift operation, and longer working times, such
intervals must be shortened as necessary.
Safety facilities must be checked at monthly intervals.
INFORMATION!
Unless otherwise stated in the various maintenance tables, you will find more detailed
information on the exact settings in the chapter "Checks and Settings Prior to Initial
Startup/Restart".
The specific replacement procedures are described in detail in the chapter "Maintenance and
Repair".
Maintenance Intervals - Frame 100P Rotary Cage
Check welded connections for visible damage (cracks)
Check frame for visible damage
Maintenance Intervals - Cylinder, Welded, 100 P
Check piston rod for visible damage
Check cylinder, connections, and lines for leaks
Check welded connections for visible damage (cracks)
Maintenance Intervals - Hydraulic Pump 1 Cylinder 380 bar
Check oil level and, where necessary, replenish oil
Check hydraulic system for leaks
Check pressure controller for proper functioning
Check whether handwheel of drain valve moves smoothly
Maintenance Intervals - Electric Motor 1.5 kW, with Reversing Switch and Cable
Check of electrical connections, links, switches, drives,
and fuses
Check pulleys for visible damage
Check attachment screws for tightness
