10.4.3 Ventilating the hydraulic system
Malfunctions are mostly caused by air inside the hydraulic system. If the lifting table won´t rise, vent the pump while
the motor is in operation.
Loosen the hexagon socket screw (Fig. item 1) at the distributor head and close the hand wheel (Fig. item 2). If you
hear knocking sounds or the lifting table rises slowly fix the hexagon socket screw.
Fig. 10.4.3-1) Ventilating the hydraulic system
If the lifting table rises jumpily, lift the piston over the collar. (Oil starts leaking between piston and cylinder).
Then switch of the motor and move the lifting table side by side that the air gets out of the system. When the air is
removed open the hand wheel and let the piston completely descend .
WARNING AGAINST GENERAL DANGERS
The pressing pressure is preset and must not be changed automatically by the operator!
WARNING AGAINST GENERAL DANGERS
When the maximum operational pressure is exceeded (see the section “Technical Data”) switch off
the motor at once and open the hand wheel, otherwise the hydraulic system will be damaged!
NOTE!
No liability is accepted by the manufacturer for damage to the hydraulic system resulting from
exceeding the maximum operational pressure (see section “Technical Data”) and in these
circumstances all guarantee claims expire.
