10.4 Maintenance and repairs machine / unit components
10.4.1 Cleaning:
BEFORE OPENING UNPLUG!
Interrupting your work on the machine power supply and secure against accidental before
reconnecting it and turning.
Non compliance can mean severe personal injury.
The machine must be thoroughly cleaned at the latest at the end of the season!
Before each cleaning process the piston must be moved in completely and the press inserts must be removed from
the trough.
Rinse the press, inserts and trough with cold water.
Ensure than no water is sprayed directly into the motor!
Guide to washing press cloths
The best method is to soak the press cloths overnight in cold water before washing.
Use ordinary detergent. Washing temperature 30°C to 40°C.
Rinse the cloths well after washing, do not spin dry. The cloths dry relatively quickly.
10.4.2 Replacing the cylinder collar
1.) Move out the piston (1) over the collar (2)
2.) Pull out the piston (lifting table)
3.) Scoop out oil until the collar is free
4.) Remove old collar
5.) Put the new collar (groove downwards) to the cylinders groove
like in the picture above (3) and then press it into the groove
6.) Put back the piston
7.) Lower piston
8.) Ventilate (item 10.4.3)

CAUTION: cuff (2) must not be damaged!
