Operating range
The baby unt and the parent unt can communcate over only a
certan dstance - whch can vary wth the locatons of the baby unt,
the parent unt, the weather, and the layout of your home.
When the parent unt s out of range, the parent unt beeps and dsplays
No link to CAM # (# represents the selected baby unt number).
To mprove recepton, move closer to the baby unt (but not less than
1 metre).
Maintenance
Taking care of your video and audio monitor
Your vdeo and audo montor contans sophstcated electronc parts,
so t must be treated wth care.
Avoid rough treatment
Place the baby unt and parent unt down gently. Save the orgnal
packng materals to protect your vdeo and audo montorf you ever
need to shp t.
Avoid water
Your vdeo and audo montor can be damagedft gets wet. Do not use
the parent unt and/or baby unt outdoorsn the ran, or handle t wth wet
hands. Do not nstall the vdeo and audo montor near a snk, bathtub or shower.
Electrical storms
Electrcal storms can sometmes cause power surges harmful to
electronc equpment. For your own safety, take cauton when usng
electrcal applances durng storms.
Cleaning your video and audio monitor
Your vdeo and audo montor has a durable plastc casng that should
retan ts luster for many years. Clean t only wth a soft cloth slghtly
dampened wth water or mld soap. Do not use excess water or
cleanng solvents of any knd.
Remember that electrcal applances can cause serous njury f used when
you are wet or standng n water. If the baby unt and/or parent unts should
fall nto water, DO NOT RETRIEVE IT UNTIL YOU UNPLUG THE POWER
CORDS FROM THE WALL. Then pull the unts out by the unplugged cords.
