defects are caused by an accdent, msuse, abuse, mproper nstallaton
or operaton, vermn nfestatons, lack of reasonable care, unauthorsed
modfcaton, loss of parts, tamperng or attempted repar by a person
not authorsed by VTech; or where the product has been damaged by
