The VTOMAN V8 Pro Jump Starter (Model No.: Epower-130) is a portable power bank designed to jump-start vehicles, charge electronic devices, and power 12V car equipment. It features a compact design with an integrated LCD screen for displaying power status and various output ports for versatile use.

Function Description:

The primary function of the VTOMAN V8 Pro is to jump-start 12V gasoline and diesel vehicles. It is equipped with an intelligent jumper cable that provides safety features and indicators for correct connection. Beyond jump-starting, it serves as a multi-functional power source, offering USB outputs for charging mobile phones and tablets, and a 12V/10A output for powering other 12V car equipment (cigarette adapter not included). The device also includes an LED flashlight with multiple modes (Normal, Strobe, SOS, OFF) and a red emergency light for added utility in various situations. A built-in compass is also included for convenience.

Usage Features:

Charging the VTOMAN V8 Pro:

To charge the device, ensure the "ON/OFF" switch is "ON". Plug the wall charger into the 15V/1A input port of the device, then plug the wall charger into a universal input socket (100-240V). The LCD screen will display the charging status.

Jump Starting a Vehicle:

Ensure the unit is at least 50% charged (check for more than 2 bars on the battery indicator). If unused for over two months, charge it first.
Attach the intelligent jumper cable to the device.
Connect the jump clamps to the car battery: red clamp to the positive terminal (+) and black clamp to the negative terminal (-).
Check the indicators on the jumper cable:
- Green Light ON: Connection is correct, ready to start the car.
- Red Light with Buzzing: Terminals are connected to the wrong polarity. Reconnect until the green light is on.
- Green Light Blinking: Storage battery voltage is too low. Press the "BOOST" button until the green light is on, then start within 30 seconds.
- No Light and No Buzzing: Storage battery may be damaged. Ensure correct polarity, press "BOOST", and start within 30 seconds once the green light is on.
Start your vehicle. If it doesn't start or if a red light/buzzing occurs, consult the troubleshooting section.
After the car starts, remove the jumper cable from the battery within 30 seconds to prevent damage.

Charging Cell Phones and Tablets:

Keep the "ON/OFF" switch "ON" and check the remaining power on the LCD screen.
Connect the cell phone/tablet to the device using a USB cable.
Press the power button to initiate charging.

Powering Other 12V Car Equipment:

Plug a cigarette adapter (not included) into the 12V output port.
Connect the 12V vehicle electronics to the cigarette adapter.
Press the power button to supply power.

Turning On the LED Flashlight:

Press the power button for a few moments to turn on the LED flashlight.
Press once more to cycle through modes: Normal, Strobe, SOS, OFF.
Press the power button twice to turn on the red emergency light.
Press once more to turn off the red emergency light.

Maintenance Features:

Turning Off the Device:

After use, push the "ON/OFF" switch to "OFF". The device has an intelligent detection function that automatically shuts down to save power if there is no load or if electronic product charging is complete.

Battery Life and Charging:

The VTOMAN V8 Pro can hold a charge for up to 12 months. However, it is recommended to charge it every three months to extend battery service life. The device can jump-start a car up to 30 times on a full charge, but it is suggested to limit usage to 4 times per single use.

Safety Precautions:

Always read the instructions carefully before use.
Keep the device away from children.
Avoid extreme temperatures (do not exceed 60°C).
Do not immerse the product in water.
Do not place in extremely hot environments or near fire.
Do not operate in explosive environments (flammable liquids, gases, dust).
Do not use as a toy.
Do not use for charging a car battery (only for jump-starting).
Avoid dropping the product; if damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified technician.
Do not use damaged or modified battery packs, as this increases the risk of fire, explosion, and injury.
Remove metal accessories (rings, bracelets, necklaces) before use to prevent short circuits.
Ensure the power is above 75% when jump-starting a car.
Only suitable for 12V gasoline and diesel vehicles; dangerous for other uses (e.g., airplanes, ships).
Cannot power all 12V automotive products; currently supports small electronics like portable tire air pumps.
Ensure the blue end of the smart jump clamps is fully inserted into the 12V car start port to prevent melting.
Use only the jump clamps provided with the device. Stop using if the battery clip or wire is damaged to avoid personal injury or electric shock.
Ensure no rust or foreign matter at the interface and tightly connect the jump clamps.
Do not charge the device while jump-starting a car.
Avoid continuously starting the car more than 3 times; allow two minutes between starts to prevent overheating.
Charge the device in an environment between 0°C and 45°C.
Use only the provided wall charger or a charger of the same specification.
In case of battery leakage, do not touch the liquid directly. Rinse with soap and water if skin contact occurs. If it gets into eyes, rinse with cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention. Recycle immediately if the battery leaks.
Dispose of lithium battery products according to local regulations at the end of their life.
