Medium level (blue)
● Open-circuit voltage 100 kV
● Maximum current 120 µA
● For small surfaces.
● For well rechargeable types of powder.
● For metal powder.
● To reduce the effects of overcoating such
as craters and orange peel.
● Increasing the open-circuit voltage
allows for a greater distance between
the spray gun and the workpiece while
maintaining sufficient powder charging.
Soft level (black)
● Open-circuit voltage 100 kV
● Maximum current 80 µA
● For very well rechargeable types of
powder.
● For small powder application.
● For post-coatings.
