What to do if my WALKER FILTRATION PD006 Dryer does not enter Energy Management?

If your WALKER FILTRATION Dryer doesn't enter Energy Management mode when the switching device is activated or when the EM contacts are opened, the issue might stem from several causes. First, there could be shorted or incorrect device wiring. To test this, remove external wiring from the dryer's EM contacts and place a jumper between pins 1 and 2, effectively disconnecting Energy Management. Second, the switching device itself might be faulty, in which case you should consult the device manufacturer. Finally, if you've recently changed the cartridge, the control may need at least 6 hours of operation, which can be monitored in the dryer's main software window under ‘Service hours from new.’ Allow the dryer to be energized for 6 hours to resolve this.
