10 Service, Maintenance, Troubleshooting
10.1 Routine Tasks
The product is a high-quality precision device which will not fail if treated and operated correctly; and it
needs hardly any maintenance or service.
Make sure that the device is at a standstill before performing any tasks.
Check all functions and safety devices when finished.
The maintenance intervals stated below are valid for single-shift operation of the equipment. In case of
multiple-shift or very intensive operation, maintenance intervals must be shortened accordingly. Also
take into account other influences on maintenance need, such as dirty environment, or degraded air
supply quality.
Cleaning and maintenance work will only be performed by trained personnel. Make
sure that all power supplies such as current or compressed air are completely shut
off.

10.2 Troubleshooting
First check if all supply lines are properly connected and functioning.
