  If your Warmup Thermostat won’t connect or has lost connection to the WiFi network: * Try rebooting/restarting the router to see if the thermostat connects. * Ensure the router is updated to the latest firmware. * Remove the thermostat display for 10-15 seconds and then reattach it to see if it connects. If the thermostat connects to a mobile hotspot, the distance from the thermostat to your router is likely the issue, or the signal could be blocked. Consider using a WiFi repeater/extender.

How to fix Control (5 & 6) / Internal Air sensor error on Warmup Thermostat?

  To address a Control (5 & 6) / Internal Air sensor error on your Warmup Thermostat: 1. Refer to Table 1.0 to ensure you have selected the correct thermostat application. 2. An electrician is required to verify that the floor sensor has been wired correctly. If correctly wired, the electrician should check the resistance of the floor sensor using a multimeter. For temperatures between 20°C - 30°C, the resistance should measure between 8K ohms and 12K ohms. If a fault is found, and the 6iE mini is in the room to be heated, it can be set into “Air Mode”. To set into “Air Mode”, see Table 1.0 Thermostat application. If “---” still remains when set into air mode the thermostat will have to be replaced.

  If your Warmup Thermostat display is blank, it is due to a power issue. An electrician is required to verify that power is going to the 6iE mini and that it is correctly wired.
