Mounting Front Rail Assembly
Fasten the front rail assembly to the
intermediate rails using the splice bracket
and four 5/16” x 1/2” carriage bolts and
5/16” lock washer nuts.
Setting Idler
Pull the idler assembly to the front rail
bracket. Insert the “U” bolt through the holes
in the front rail bracket.
For Chain, fasten with two 5/16” lock
washer nuts. Ensure the chain is on the
sprocket of the opener, and finger-tighten the
nuts equally.
For Belt, place nylon shoulder bushings,
tension springs (As shown) on the “U” bolt
and fasten with two 5/16” lock washer nuts.
Ensure the belt is on the sprocket of the
opener, and finger-tighten the nuts equally.
NOTE: Do not remove plastic tie from chain
or belt.
