Change vibrator oil
Remove water tank.
Unscrew oil ller screw (1).
Lift roller.
Unscrew oil drain screw (1).
Screw in oil drain screw (1).
Fill in vibrator oil in accordance with the specication.
Screw in oil ller screw.
Do not step under suspended loads.
Adjust the scraper
Loosen the three screws (1) on each of the scrapers.
Slide the scraper closer to the respective drum.
The scrapers should not touch the drums.
Securely tighten the screws.
All maintenance work: Select a collection vessel that is
large enough to prevent oil from spilling onto the ground.
Dispose of waste oil in an environmentally friendly manner
(regulation on waste oils).
Dispose of oils, greases, cloths soaked in oil, and re-
placed parts with oil on them in an environmentally
friendly manner.
