Grates and Flavorizer® Bars Installation:
A) Install the cooking grates & Flavorizer
®
bars (not pictured).
B) 470 AND 670 MODELS: Install the smoker box, rotisserie motor and
bracket (not pictured).

Infrared Burner Cover Installation:
A) Slide the IR burner cover over the IR burner unit, IR gas line,
thermocouple and igniter wire. Install the four (4) screws in the inside of
the cookbox to secure the
IR cover to the cookbox assembly
using a Phillips head screwdriver.

Cookbox Assembly Installation:
A) Lift the whole cookbox assembly onto the frame assembly.
Make sure the manifold does not catch on the frame when installing
the cookbox unit.
B) Install the two (2) cookbox bolts, nuts and washers into both sides of
the frame, using a 7/16" wrench. The cookbox nut is located inside of
cookbox (not pictured).

Left Side Table Installation:
A) Install the two (2) screws and washers into the underside of the left side
table assembly and secure the left side table to the grill assembly, using
a Phillips head screwdriver.
B) If your grill doesn't have a right side burner assembly: Install the two (2)
screws and washers into the underside of the right side table assembly
and secure the right side table to the grill assembly.

SIDE TABLES INSTALLATION

Right Side Burner Assembly Installation (470 & 670 MODELS):
A) Install the two (2) screws and washers into the underside
of the right side burner table assembly and secure the right side burner
table to the grill assembly.
B) Reconnect the quick-disconnect gas line to the side burner control valve
assembly.
C) Lift the side burner lid. Replace the side burner components
on the top of the burner assembly.

Shroud Assembly Installation:
A) Lift and place the shroud on the cookbox.
B) Slide in the clevis pins into the shroud assembly.
Lift the shroud to the open position,
install the cotter pins into the
clevis pins (1). Close the shroud.

Main Gas Line Installation:
A) Connect the main gas line (1) to the manifold assembly (using a 7/8"
wrench).
B) Fully tighten the main gas line connection.
 FOLLOW LEAK CHECK STEP BEFORE INSTALLING THE
CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY, AND FINISHING THE GRILL
RE-ASSEMBLY.
