● Insert guiding stick into the bolt bore of main bearing as Figure,
then hang up then crankshaft and turn 180°, then gently put it into the
engine body along the guiding stick.

Matching number of crankcase
and that of cylinder body should be
same.

Locating pin bore should be
aligned
※
Avoid bush tube and seal
ring dropping out in the process of
hanging up.
● Lightly knock the bottom of
crankcase to connect crankcase with
cylinder body, then cylindrical pin
used to lock them.
Note
：
※
“Middle rstly, two sides lately” should be cared when hammer in
the cylindrical pin.
