5. Allow the contacts to air dry for 1 minute.
6. Optional step to improve performance: On the dock only, apply DeoxIT Gold® to
the tip of each electrical contact. Do not apply DeoxIT Gold to the thermometer.
No drying time is required.
7. Return the Braun thermometer to the dock.
