Also, remove and reinstall the carbon brushes, replacing them if necessary. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it could be due to a defective power switch, motor, short circuit, or loose connections; in that case, stop using the tool and contact customer service.

Replace the blade with a new, sharp one if it's dull or damaged. Clear any blockages from the motor housing vents using compressed air while wearing safety goggles and a dust mask. Also, ensure you are using an extension cord of the appropriate gauge and length, or plug the tool directly into the outlet.
