  Your Whynter air conditioner might not be turning on due to several reasons: * A power failure or outage: Restore the power supply. * A tripped automatic switch, line fuse, or breaker: Flip the switch, change the fuse, or turn the breaker back on. * Low power supply voltage: Move the unit to another circuit with the correct voltage. * A damaged power cord: Have an authorized personnel replace the damaged power cord or plug. * A tripped L.C.D.I. power plug: Press the Reset button on the L.C.D.I. power plug. * A full internal water reservoir: Drain the water from the air conditioner.

  Fan speed differences may not be very noticeable on your Whynter Air Conditioner. Try setting the unit to Fan only mode; you should be able to hear the difference between high and low fan speed settings.
