Disassembly / Reassembly
Step 10
Using two adjustable wrenches, turn the
outer diaphragm pistons in a counter-
clockwise direction to remove the
diaphragm assembly from center block.
Inspect diaphragm assembly and shaft for
signs of wear or chemical attack. Replace
all worn parts with genuine Wilden parts for
reliable performance.
Step 11
Inspect the diaphragm assembly for wear,
damage or chemical attack. Replace any
damaged components with genuine Wilden
parts for reliable performance.
Step 12
To remove diaphragm assembly
from shaft, secure shaft with soft jaws
(aluminum, plastic or plywood) to ensure
the shaft is not damaged. Using an
adjustable wrench, remove the diaphragm
assembly from the shaft.
Step 13
Remove outer piston and stud if
equipped. Inspect for wear and
replace if necessary.
