Programming device
Function of the programming device
For longer programming processes or software updates for the reader,
for example, the programming device can be used, which permanently
holds the Masterkey in front of the reader.
Using the programming device
The adapter is hooked in to the reader. The Masterkey is inserted in
the adapter. The connection between the reader and the app can be
established in this way.

Permanent release (PR)
Permanent release means that the switching mechanism of the reader
is permanently switched without having to hold a key in front of the
reader again.
•
The permanent release is activated by holding an authorised key in
front of the reader for an extended period.
•
Holding the key in front of the reader for an extended period again
deactivates the permanent release.
•
A day-specific time at which the permanent release is automatically
deactivated can be defined in the reader settings.
