4. Turn key into vertical position.

The cam (1) is facing the door hinge side.
Screw face plate screw into position
Screw cylinder tightly into position
Note
Material damage due to face plate screws
screwed into place at angle.
5. Screw the face plate screw (1), so that it is straight when it enters
the cylinder thread (2).
Note
Physical damage due to over-tightening of
screw.
6. Use a screwdriver to tighten face plate screw (1) by hand.

The cylinder is installed.
Operate the cylinder
Perform functional test
7. 'Lock' the door with the door open.
ü
The lock deadbolt (1) extends.
8. 'Unlock' the door with the door open.
ü
The lock deadbolt (1) retracts.
