If the auto cutter jam and you cannot open the printer cover, please open the cutter cover as shown on the below.
►Turn the printer off and open the front cover.
►Turn the knob until cutter return to the normal position (tip tag).
►Close the front cover.
►Open the top cover and remove jammed paper.
