• The coffee machine must be set up by the operator such that
care and maintenance can be performed without hindrance.
• In office/floor kitchen areas or similar self-service set-ups,
only staff instructed in operation of the coffee machine
shouldsupervise the coffee machine. Trained personnel should
carry out care procedures and be available for questions
regarding use.
