the switch-off rinsing must be run if milk
beverages have been dispensed since the last
time the machine was cleaned.
Antifreeze/transport preparation
The routine for partially emptying the boiler water
system is started here.
Partially emptying is necessary prior to shipping
via courier or package carrier, particularly in winter
months, in order to prevent damage.
