5| FUNCTIONS
5.1| OVERVIEW OF THE AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS
Your appliance has 14 preset automatic programs:

1| Choose the program you require.
2| The pre-programmed settings can be
changed (depending on the selected recipe,
the ingredients and the quantities prepared).
Use the
–
and
+
buttons to set the tem-
perature, time and speed.
3| After changing the settings, press the Start
button

to start the program. When the
program is complete, the appliance will beep.
4| When the cream soup, chunky soup, braised
dishes and stews, risotto, sauce, dessert, gen-
tle steam and intensive steam programs end,
the appliance automatically switches to the
keep-warm time for 45 minutes to keep the
prepared food ready to eat. In the braised
dishes, stews, sauce, dessert and manual pro-
grams, the appliance's motor runs at a spe-
cific speed to preserve the prepared food
and prevent it from sticking to the bot-
tom of the pan. To stop the keep-warm pro-
cess, simply press the Ready button. After
kneading in the bread and shortbread pro-
grams, the appliance switches for 40 minutes
to Dough rising mode at 30°C to give your
dough a better volume. If you open the lid or
remove the container from the base, a pro-
gram will end. If you want to stop this mode,
press the Settings

button and then the
Reset button.
5| If an automatic program has been started,
you have the option of switching off the
appliance at any time by pressing the Stop
button. The automatic program is then
stopped. You can restart it by pressing Start.
If you entered the wrong program and want
to cancel the process, press the Cancel/Back
button.
6| With the Heat up program you can heat up
cooked food in 20 minutes (adjustable from
5 to 60 minutes).
7| You can use the rinse program to clean the
pot more easily. Fill the pot with 0.7 l water
and a drop of dishwashing liquid and start
the program.
