PROBLEMS CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The food is
undercooked
The cooking times are intended as a guide -
in most cases they are a reliable indicator of
cooking times.
Certain factors affect cooking times,
however:
•
The size of the ingredients (cut or not cut)
•
The quantity of ingredients
•
The variety and ripeness of the vegetables
•
Whether the ingredients are frozen, etc.
Adjust the cooking time by pressing
the + button on the touchscreen

Use smaller pieces.
The steam control cap is not positioned
correctly or is not attached.
Set the steam control cap to the
max. position. In this position, the
maximum amount of heat is retained
in the bowl for all cooking functions
(soups, steaming, etc.).
This position also prevents splashes
when mixing.
The low steam setting allows the
maximum amount of condensate to
escape, giving food or sauces a
better consistency (risotto, desserts,
sauces, etc.).
Steamed food is
undercooked
Incorrect amount of water in the pot.
The ingredients are too chunky.
The amount of water in the pot must
correspond to the markings (0.7 l).
You can also adjust the cooking time
and temperature in manual mode.
Use smaller pieces.
The appliance
does not switch
on
It is not connected to the power supply. Plug the appliance into a socket.

The pot or the lid is not correctly positioned
or locked.
Check that the pot or lid is positioned
correctly and locked according to the

The lid cannot be
closed
The lid has not been positioned correctly. Check that the lid is positioned
correctly (Fig. C6). Check that the seal
is correctly installed on the seal holder
and that the seal holder is correctly
installed on the lid.
Excessive
vibration
The appliance is not on a level surface; it is
not stable.
Place the appliance on a level surface.
The amount of ingredients is too large. Reduce the amount of ingredients.
Incorrect accessories are being used. Check that you are using the
recommended accessories.
