SPECIAL MODES
Special modes are still considered modes, but are accessed by pushing the OK knob when no other mode is active.
The special modes are

Slow Roast•
My Recipes•
Keep Warm•
Self-cleaning•
User Settings•
Gourmet
Use Gourmet to prepare any of the foods listed in the chart below. Select the food and the desired doneness and
the climate sensor determines the amount, shape and consistency of the food, and adjusts time, temperature and
humidity to cook the food correctly. After serveral minutes the unit displays the time when the food is ready.
Gourmet mode works best when you start with an oven at room temperature.
To enter Gourmet mode, the oven must be off, with only the time displayed.
Press the OK knob. 1.
Rotate the OK knob to the desired menu item from the chart above.2.
Press the OK knob to select the menu item. 3.
Fresh Appetizers - rotate the OK knob to the desired doneness.a.
