10. Once the Car Gate is fully opened, pull the Pivot Locking Pin from the
Pivot lock pin hole, and flip the Toggle Switch to the Straight position.
This will cause the Tires to rotate perpendicular to the Railcar.
11. Secure the Pivot Locking Pin in the Straight lock pin hole.
12. Roll the GO-A8 Opener back from the Railcar thereby disengaging the
CAPSTAN DRIVE FITTING from the Railcar's Capstan Socket.
