  If you've selected the Wren V5AP speaker as your AirPlay device but don't hear any music, first check that the music isn't paused on your iOS device or iTunes. Also, ensure that the volume is not muted (if the power button is solid amber, the volume is muted). Verify that the Wren V5AP is not connected to another iOS device, iTunes library, or Apple TV. Finally, try restarting iTunes or your iOS device.

  If you've connected your Wren V5AP to the network but can't select it in iTunes or your iOS device, ensure the Wren V5AP is powered on by pressing the “Power” button. Also, verify that you're using the latest version of iTunes and iOS 5.0 or later on your device. Restarting iTunes or your iOS device might also help. As a last resort, try resetting the Wren V5AP hardware by unplugging the power supply, waiting 15 seconds, and plugging it back in.

  If you've successfully connected your Wren V5AP Speakers to your network but can't select the Wren V5AP speaker from iTunes or your iDevice, first verify that the Wren V5AP is powered on by pressing the power button if no indicators are lit. Ensure you're running the latest version of iTunes and that your iDevice is running version 5.0 or greater. Try restarting iTunes or your iDevice. Reset the Wren V5AP hardware by unplugging the power supply from the rear of the V5AP, waiting 15 seconds, and then plugging it back in and turning on the V5AP.
