      If you've connected your Wren V5AP to the network but can't select it in iTunes or your iOS device, ensure the Wren V5AP is powered on by pressing the “Power” button. Also, verify that you're using the latest version of iTunes and iOS 5.0 or later on your device. Restarting iTunes or your iOS device might also help. As a last resort, try resetting the Wren V5AP hardware by unplugging the power supply, waiting 15 seconds, and plugging it back in.

      If you've successfully connected your Wren V5AP Speakers to your network but can't select the Wren V5AP speaker from iTunes or your iDevice, first verify that the Wren V5AP is powered on by pressing the power button if no indicators are lit. Ensure you're running the latest version of iTunes and that your iDevice is running version 5.0 or greater. Try restarting iTunes or your iDevice. Reset the Wren V5AP hardware by unplugging the power supply from the rear of the V5AP, waiting 15 seconds, and then plugging it back in and turning on the V5AP. Check compatibility at wrensound.com/support/compatibility to confirm that your iDevice meets the criteria for the Wren V5AP.
