[7] REGULATOR WITH VAPORIZER (GAS LINE)

Regulator with vaporizer evaporates the liquid fuel
(LPG / CNG) into the gaseous fuel and then sends to the
mixer. Regulator with vaporizer has the following
structures and functions.
Evaporator
Evaporator has a long fuel passage to evaporate
liquid fuel to gaseous fuel.
Hot Water Line
The coolant water of the engine is made to circulate
as a heat source to prevent freezing of vaporizer by
latent heat of vaporization.
Primary Stage
There is a primary valve which is safety device for
abnormal pressure.
Secondary Stage
Secondary stage has a secondary valve and controls
the quantity of gaseous fuel flowing to the mixer.
