Chapter 2 contains information and procedures to
install the Auto Gen Start.
This chapter will help you prepare to install the Auto
Gen Start by providing:
• a summary of the tasks involved
• a list of materials and tools required
• recommendations for choosing an installation
location
This chapter then provides procedures for mounting
the Auto Gen Start, as well as guidelines for
connecting it to:
• a generator
• thermostats
• the System Control Panel and other Xanbus-
enabled devices
